If you want a more in-depth, group-based approach to exploring well-being, think Do-it-Yourself Happiness. DIY Happiness is an innovative well-being programme that consists of a series of eight wellbeing workshops usually deliveredover 2 months. Workshops are run by Advanced WoW practitioners in your local area. You can also commission a dedicated workshop for your organisation or community.
