If you want a more in-depth, group-based approach to exploring well-being, think Do-it-Yourself Happiness. DIY Happiness is an innovative  well-being programme that consists of a series of eight wellbeing workshops usually delivered over 2 months. Each session participants explore one of the themes of the Wheel of Well-being in a positive and participative way.  Click on the pdf to explore the course content.

Due to Covid-19 all face-to-face workshops have been suspended, but if you would like to register your interest in attending a DIY Happiness course complete the 'get in touch’ form and don’t forget to tell us where you live in the message so that we can let you know when something is running in your area.
 
Workshops are usually free and run by Advanced WoW practitioners in your local area.  You can also commission a dedicated workshop for your organisation or community.   Please note that WoW operates under a creative commons licence and as such all WoW activities are not for profit and WoW cannot be used for commercial gain.
